After my second pregnancy I knew I had to start working out with professional support. One reason was that I had knee issues which started in my first pregnancy and I wasn’t sure which exercises I could do. The other reason was that I needed somebody to hold me accountable to working out and motivate me. Kim was the right choice for me as he created a challenging workout that included various elements from Yoga to functional training to TRX and HIIT. With this approach, training never got boring and results were visible quickly.
